Helpers with their own skills, when one assistant is not the right shape
Not every job wants the same helper. Agents let you keep a few, each good at one thing.
What it is
Personal agents are helpers you create inside Souvéa. Each is a persona with its own skills, and you bring one into a conversation by mentioning it in any channel. They are separate from the general assistant and from each other.
An AI Twin is different: an external agent you can link into Souvéa, chat with from Agents, and manage the knowledge of. Where the feature is enabled, a Twin can also be listed so other Souvéa members can find it.
Why it helps
One general assistant handling everything ends up averaging its way through work that needed a specific approach.
Naming a helper for a particular kind of work keeps its behaviour consistent, and keeps that work from bleeding into everything else.
When it earns its place
Work with its own rules
A recurring piece of writing, review or analysis that needs the same treatment every time.
Keeping domains apart
A helper scoped to one project or one part of life rather than all of it.
Something you built elsewhere
Link an external Twin in rather than rebuilding it inside Souvéa.
Things you can ask
- “Handle this the way you always handle this kind of thing.”
- “Bring in the helper that knows this project.”
- “Keep this work separate from everything else.”
What you get
- Consistent treatment for recurring work.
- Helpers scoped to one domain instead of one that does everything.
- A way to link agents that live outside Souvéa.
